Having quality control centres in two of the worlds fastest growing industrialised nations China and India we provide a level of security and confidence to companies importing from these two nations around the world. The degree of quality control depends on the goods and the nature of the required testing. Quality control is generally before containers are loaded and typically involve some sort of independent inspections conducted on behalf of you, our customer. Reports on each inspection are given as the inspections occur and incorporate photo’s and technical information as per your testing requirements.

Having resources in China and India it only makes sense that we offer our clients the ability to source from alternate suppliers. Where this occurs the prices quotes are FIS and as such all quality criteria are ensured by Hailer.
